  1. Assessment. We review foot condition, risk factors, mobility needs, and current footwear or orthotic support.
  2. Planning. A suitable care plan is recommended, which may include insoles, footwear advice, pressure relief, or product support.
  3. Fitting. Recommended support solutions are fitted with attention to comfort, function, and daily use.
  4. Follow-up. Ongoing review helps monitor comfort, fit, and any changes that require adjustment.

Patient-centred diabetic care should be practical, protective, and responsive to changing needs.

Important: an open wound, new redness, swelling, warmth, colour change or a foot that suddenly changes shape needs urgent attention from your diabetologist or doctor. Insoles and footwear support medical care; they do not replace it.
