P.O.R.C Prosthetic & Orthotic Rehabilitation Clinic has supported patients in Delhi NCR since 1988. Our main clinic and workshop is in Safdarjung Enclave, South Delhi, with consult desks at Apollo Hospital Sarita Vihar and BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Pusa Road. Prosthetics (artificial limbs)
Below-knee, above-knee, through-knee and upper-limb prosthetic consultation, casting or scanning, socket fabrication, alignment and follow-up. We explain liners, suspension (pin-lock, seal-in, vacuum), feet and knees in plain language, and guide you across brands such as Össur and Ottobock rather than pushing one product.
Orthotics (braces and supports)
Knee braces, OA unloader braces, ankle braces and walker boots, AFO and KAFO, spinal supports (LSO, TLSO), cervical collars and post-operative braces. Fitting and strap adjustment are done in person so the brace sits correctly and is comfortable to wear.
Diabetic foot care
Pressure and skin-risk review, protective insoles, DARCO diabetic and offloading footwear, and follow-up. We work alongside your diabetologist or surgeon; any wound or sudden change needs medical review first.
Foot scanning and custom insoles
Materialise Footscan pressure analysis and PHITS 3D-printed custom insoles at our Safdarjung Enclave clinic. The scan shows how pressure moves under your feet while standing and walking. It is not a diagnosis; it helps the clinician plan the insole.

How a visit works
- Assessment: diagnosis, prescription, mobility goals and comfort concerns.
- Measurement: limb, brace or foot measurements; Footscan where relevant.
- Fitting: trial, alignment and pressure checks.
- Follow-up: adjustments as your body, activity or limb volume changes.
